3D architectural rendering for Chicago projects

Renders for Chicago architects, home builders and developers, delivered remotely from your drawings.

Chicago projects

Chicago work covers a wide range of building types. In the city there are two-flats, bungalows and greystones being renovated or replaced, infill homes on narrow lots, and mid-rise and high-rise residential and office buildings closer to downtown. The suburbs add production-home communities and custom houses on larger lots. A narrow-lot house needs a tight street view that still shows the neighbors. A tower needs aerial context and a lobby or amenity interior. A suburban builder usually needs a set of front elevations and 3D floor plans.

Brick and masonry are common on both old and new Chicago buildings, so we pay attention to brick color, mortar and coursing. Most marketing images are shown in summer light or soft overcast. If you want a winter view with snow, say so in the brief.

How a Chicago project runs

  1. You send drawings and tell us the views, the deadline and what the images are for.
  2. We confirm scope and send a written quote with the delivery date.
  3. You get grey-model camera previews to approve before any materials go on.
  4. We send a first textured draft, take your markups, and deliver final images at the size you need.

Everything happens by email and shared folders, and we book calls in Central time. We don't have an office in Chicago, and you don't need one: no part of the job requires a site visit from us. If a view depends on what's across the street, a few phone photos from the lot are enough.

What you can order

Questions

Do you meet in person in Chicago?

No. We work remotely by email and video calls booked in Central time, so there's no office visit to schedule.

Can you render a renovation next to the original building?

Yes. Send photos of the existing building and the new drawings. We model the existing building as simple massing, or in more detail where the new work joins it.

Ask for a quote

Pricing depends on the number of views, how much of the model we have to build, and how many revision rounds you need, so every job gets its own written quote.
