Entries, clubhouses, gyms, co-working rooms and roof decks for multifamily and office projects.
Working from a finish schedule
Interior renders live or die on materials. Send the finish schedule or the selections sheet with product names where you have them, and we'll match colors and textures as closely as a render allows. For a builder offering packages, we can render the same room in two or three finish options from one camera, which is cheaper than separate views.
Screens and printed brochures show color differently, so we'll flag any finish that's hard to judge from a render, such as a matte paint against a similar tile.
Furniture and styling
Unless you give us a furniture plan, we stage rooms to suit the buyer you describe: a starter home gets a simpler look than a custom build. Tell us if anything should stay out of frame, such as a TV over a fireplace you haven't decided on.
Light and time of day
Most interiors are shown in daylight from the main windows. We'll place the sun to match the plan's orientation if you mark north on the drawings. Evening views with fixtures on work well for kitchens and lobbies.
Questions
Do I need a full 3D model?
No. Floor plans with dimensions, interior elevations for the walls in view, and the finish schedule are enough. A model saves time if you have one.
Can you match a specific product?
Usually close. Send the product name or a link; we'll use the manufacturer's images as reference. Exact matches aren't always possible for complex patterns.
Have drawings ready? Send plans, elevations or a SketchUp, Revit or Rhino model and tell us how many views you need.
