Process

How a rendering project works

Four stages, with an approval at each one, so nothing expensive changes late.

1. Brief and quote

You send drawings, materials and the list of views. We check for gaps, such as a missing roof plan or an undecided siding color, and send a written quote with scope, revision rounds and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.

2. Camera approval

We build the model and send grey previews of each view. This is the cheapest moment to change an angle, a lens or the time of day, so look closely. Approving cameras here avoids redoing finished images later.

3. First textured draft

Materials, landscaping, light and entourage go on. You mark up the draft with comments or a quick sketch over the image. Typical markups are color swaps, more or fewer trees, and moving a car out of the driveway.

4. Final images

We apply your markups and deliver the finished images in the sizes you asked for. Extra revision rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.
