Kansas City projects
The Kansas City area spans Missouri and Kansas, so one builder can have communities on both sides of the state line. Common subjects are new single-family homes in suburban communities, older brick houses being renovated in established neighborhoods, and multifamily and mixed-use buildings in and near the urban core. Production builders tend to need sets: one front elevation per plan, often in several elevation styles, plus 3D floor plans.
If you offer more than one elevation on a plan, we model the plan once and render each facade from the same camera, so buyers can compare them side by side. Tell us the brick, stone and siding options for each elevation and we'll match them.
How a Kansas City project runs
- You send drawings and tell us the views, the deadline and what the images are for.
- We confirm scope and send a written quote with the delivery date.
- You get grey-model camera previews to approve before any materials go on.
- We send a first textured draft, take your markups, and deliver final images at the size you need.
Everything happens by email and shared folders, and we book calls in Central time. We don't have an office in Kansas City, and you don't need one: no part of the job requires a site visit from us. If a view depends on what's across the street, a few phone photos from the lot are enough.

Questions
Can you render several elevation styles of one plan?
Yes. We model the plan once and swap the facade, which costs less than separate projects. Your quote will show this.
Do you work with projects on the Kansas side?
Yes. Anywhere in the metro works the same way, by email and shared files, with calls in Central time.
Ask for a quote
Pricing depends on the number of views, how much of the model we have to build, and how many revision rounds you need, so every job gets its own written quote.
